Placing your order
Availability
All items on our website are unique. We will inform you as soon as possible if an item you have ordered is not available.
Payment
Payment can be made by the methods shown during the online checkout process. All payments including both Paypal and Direct Bank Transfer will be taken on order placement. We will not be held liable for the any delays or non-delivery of goods due to failed payments.
Acceptance of your order
Please note that we have not accepted your order until we despatch the products you have ordered from us, and that all products ordered via our website remain the property of Julia Marston until we have received payment for them in full.
We will let you know by telephone or email if we are unable to supply any products you have ordered from us. If payment has already been taken for products we are unable to supply, then we will refund you in full as soon as reasonably possible.

Order amendments
Unfortunately we are unable to add items to or remove items from an order once it has been placed.
Delivery
Please ensure you carefully inspect your order upon receipt, as your order will be deemed to be accepted unless you notify us immediately that there is a problem.
Returns & Refunds
Faulty or Damaged Items
- If you would like to return something you have ordered from Julia Marston, please contact us within 14 days of your order being delivered.
- To allow us to process your return, please include either the original packing slip you received with your order or a copy of your order confirmation email. If you no longer have either of these, please include your name, order number and contact details
- Refunds may take up to 7 – 10 days upon receipt of the item to be processed.
Unwanted Items
We are only able to accept returns on items that are faulty.
